dun say like tat... maxtor ok wat, i have 2 maxtor hdd, 40gb ide and 120gb sata 1, still in good condition after 4 years. its juz either u get a very healthy hdd or bad hdd when buying. and air flow must be good oso, so hdd wont feel hot.
