estimated 1Million. Garden @ Emerald West already selling passing 800K marker, i don't think HBL will sell it at 600K.

Agree with you. We cant see anything by just the a brochure. We cant even 100% believe and judge by the show house as well. Always remember show house always will be the best workmanship to attract client.

It still will be different when you get the key. If not satisfy with the outcome. Lodge a complaint to fix. This is very standard for every property.

Hi,

Saw the photo of air ventilation for in the toilet. The question is:

1. Where the air to be flow to?

By logic. Maybe everyone here not aware about this. The toilet air cannot be flow out of your house. It still flow within the toilet ceiling and the smell still inside toilet.

This design is unacceptable even you had install air ventilation unit.

I am quite agree with your statement. CCTV is a must and very common nowadays.

I saw from an advertisement of M Residence... saying alot about guarded community. Sound security provided is strong point. But end up no CCTV

And I viewed the empty show house for phase 2. ( dont judge with the fully furnish show house pls. They already done touch up/cover up). Material and

workmanship really low grade.

This is very normal if the buyer will expect something more quality if the price is over current market price.

Lets take a look on the big picture.. Dont blame the buyers..

Think twice! .. buyer paid for it and voice out the comments/dissatisfaction. This is fair.

If there project really so good. I believe no one will give negative comment here.

Suggest developer should do something to improve the project. But not finding excuse for them self.

Else there are never end of complaints.
