For Phase 1 : 18 * 70 price start from RM 368,888 with 7% rebates for early birds...
After discount price is RM343k with SNP, MOT, Loan Fees all FOC...
1st year maintenance FOC too... rclxms.gif

In addition, MS delayed in VP for Phase 1 which gave all buyers another 20-30k LAD. rclxms.gif

Yes, the 368k only applicable for those intermediate units...
For Guard House, based on latest updates...which still pending MPS' approval...
MS's management committed the said will be built soon...Let's see how it progress...
