normally rawang property will take some time for the property price to increase, but hope the project from mahsing could make a difference; since mahsing is the 1st top developer to penetrate rawang smile.gif

Just curious, Rawang so far fr KV, if for own stay, would'nt the daily commute, traveling time, petrol and tol become a big issue?

3yrs ago+, friend of mine bought a unit at Kota Emerald with RM260k+/-. however, the unit is sold with RM480k last week. personally i will think my friend really earn a lot from that.

I'm willing to trade off for the comfort of having my own landed prop.

Anyway, even though I leave in KV nw, I still spend fair bit on toll, petrol due to jam, travelling time etc

Am hoping Rawang traffic to NKVE improves after 2 years..

I think this is every owner concern as well. Reason i buy is because i like M-residence concept. Obviously the road and access is handicap for now.
I hope M.Sing does not let me down.

if not mistaken, the road is ready, but not yet open for public.. maybe still in progress of finishing the roads..

phase 2 onwards all 22x80.. smaller one where got.. so min. now is 610K++
