Recent cases at Bandar Tasik Puteri, many cars window broken to steal smartag. At country homes, toyota owners got hijacked and stolen on the move. Nearby jalan kundang, motor riders stop vehicles to rob. At rawang town, shops break ins nonstop, even aircond compressors stolen at the outside walls...

I saw a group of police ride a 250cc patrolling nearby Emerald West and Anggun area quite often, MR area no? Soon will open a new police station at Anggun City next year.

I'm one of he owner of 22x80 Phase 1. I have booked time for key collection in October.

May I know if any owner know if we can fully extend the back of the unit? Saw some clause in the DOMC mentioned that any modification to the exterior of the unit need to get permission from the management.

Any owner have the same renovation plan?

Yes, you're right. you need to submit your renovation to mgmt for approval. However if you just put on grills, no need. However, any renovation, you need to pay rm 1000 deposit for the mgmt. it will be fully refund if your renovator did their job to complete clearance after the reno, else mgmt will hire someone else to do the clearance job by using up the deposit.
