Normally when the club house will run separately. Those who join the club house will get to use the facilities. Nothing is free. If reponse not good, they will open up to the public. After X numbers of years, they will recall back to build commercial and sell. As for Anggun 3, the club house will belong to Anggun 3 residence only. More exclusive although no swimming pool.

the clubhouse management better be good. BCH Clubhouse closed down few years back, if i recall correctly.

I went to see MR 22x80 before but they sell east n west facing only. Is the south facing opened for sales already? Called the sales agent nvr pick up phone leh

i don't think intercom will prevent theft. most important, proper security company to handle the securities matter. intercom is a plus point. however, if the entire intercom system is not being manage properly, it will fall back to square 1, "no intercom".

agreed rawang will booming soon..but i wonder why the roads at rawang so bad?means too small to cater the number of vehicles..example..road from rawang town to exit PLUS..and from exit rawang plus to M-Residence or Anggun..

nowdays realizes the road project in selangor is too slow..road widening project almost none..no improvement..no budget from federal or state gov?
