Added on May 3, 2012, 9:16 pm QUOTE(jason_chee @ May 3 2012, 08:21 AM) good bargain. but check with PBB what is their lock-in period. upon first disbursement or full release. last time, they lock me 5 years upon final release. ended up, i locked for total of 8 years (3 years construction + 5 years lock-in). i tot the shorter lock in period is the best? just check with agent, the amount not including mrta, bcoz she said if 90 + 5 will be harder. so have to separate buy wo... then she say mrta got 2type also... dunno which to choose. This post has been edited by Kelifu: May 3 2012, 09:16 PM |

if we sign SNP, we will drop our signature on " few pcs of paper " first, after that there will bring back and stamping and give us back a copy, is it all also like that one?

M Residence sales office maybe need around 30mins with traffic light and minor jam in front the school area along towards the traffic light in front Rawang Toll. If to their site i think need 35mins + + +? but confirm cannot be 20mins |

QUOTE(kelvin2080 @ May 30 2012, 11:30 PM) No Matter how, I believe the time is not far for mahsing... Dun forget latar highbay just beside M-residence and Giant/Carefour will be open soon once M-residence finished. i hope the state gov will improve the road 1st b4 all the giant + car4 go in rawang ( if around MR area ), kalau tidak... the traffic will.... I predict 2-3 years.. M-residence property will jump at least 20-30%... however, got member say they improving/upgrading the road after rawang toll towards MR area, but what i can see now is they only will add in 1more line around the traffic light after toll, further up will be remain the same, or maybe belum start buat lagi. |
M-Residence price is going up. but do take note, it is currently overpriced. some bank doesn't want to lend 90% loan. they only go for 80%. i got no idea why. but maybe it's due to rebate issue. its not due to over prices its due to the rebate offered...especially during the 7% rebate time..they feel this rebates are reducing their security when it comes to offering 90% loans as it makes these homes much more affordable to beginners. RHB conveyed this message to me.
bcoz Rawang under Medium Risk rate for bank loan, so only some of bank will offer 90% or more. |
