Scope: Extension for existing kitchen + room windows remake + compound wall make over + minor roof re-work and paint

Kitchen extension works include:
- Remove existing wall and extend new wall
- Floor height increase and new tiles
- Relocate existing door(steel type) and air-cond compressor
- New roof for extension area

Room remake works include:
- Change conventional window to single piece glass type
- New grills

Compound wall works include:
- 1 or 2 new beam
- Remove existing wall with grill and new wall

Roof re-work works include:
- Redo conceal roof job by previous louzy work
- New paint
