Just gotten keys to my new condo! My contractor given quote as below, is it high or not?

Add fan hock x 1 - 35
1 sliding aluminium window 4' x 6' = 680
1 Iron wrought grille door (5’ x 8’) = RM 1200
Install charge for light x 14 = 140
Install charge for fan x 4 = RM 100
Add wiring for wall light x 3 = RM 540
I also want to install water heater x 2 and maybe aircon switch x 3 for later when i have money to install aircon, but forgot to ask for quote for that.Should come up to how much for these kind of works?
Contractor is from puchong ... renovating in serdang ...
