I watched a few video test of Huawei Honor on youtube. The mic seems to be very bad, cant even hear anything other than the windy sound. Anyone can confirm this?

Good question, so I tried it.

The default application (Sound Recorder) is sounds terrible. I didn't know if it was the hardware (recording mic and/or playback speaker) or software (Sound Recorder), so I grabbed a sound recorder app off market Hi-Q MP3 Recorder and captured a recording.
I uploaded the recording and the original here
Deposit File 7.7mb
Anyone, feel free to sample it and comment.

Didnt watch ur video, but i did my own test shot. I recorded my laptop playing a movie . The volume was quite loud on the laptop speakers, but when i playback the video, its quite soft. I think its the application problem..-__-
Not sure, i didn't know where to find for huawei, since its quite a unknow brand.. so i just searched at the handphone section, and found the shop IMCC. i guess its the market price ..
From the video tests found on Youtube, I find that the problem is during recording outdoors. At outdoors, I cannot even hear the sound of cars passing through, just the noisy windy sound (i.e. video test shot by GSMArena). When going indoor, the noisy windy sound is still there but much softer. Kind of ruining the whole video, despite good video image quality.

Just for comparison: (Huawei Honor vs Galaxy W)
