QUOTE(xchaosdragon @ Feb 10 2012, 04:34 PM) True, but when I've just bought the SGW, the ram available to be used is already around a 100mb. So, I would really like to know how's the Huawei Honor ram usage, since I heard not much bloatwares are installed. I install alots of apps..on startup, my Honor loads the Security Guard, Calendar, Traffic Manager, Whatsapp, YM Mail, FB and few system load settings. With that also around 110mb of RAM available for use. Huawei didnt install any unnecessary apps that the user dont want. Added on February 10, 2012, 6:45 pm QUOTE(Klemann C @ Feb 10 2012, 02:50 PM) Even though it was gorilla glass, it doesn't scratch proof at all.....my bro Samsung s2 accidentaly dropped his s2 on floor from same heights as normal chair.....still his s2 gorilla screen was scratched... I view some Youtube video on the Corning Gorilla Glass test. not exactly scratch proof...I am keeping my SP on So it's better b safe rather than sorry.. QUOTE(dreamwar @ Feb 15 2012, 08:49 AM) hi, I wish to know what MHZ is the GPU of honor capped at? how is the experience of playing some HD games such as games from Gameloft ? As far as I concern, my friend's huawei x5 is having difficulty to install gameloft game ...I wonder would this happen in honor too? I tried to load Asphalt 5 yesterday, it would kick out and not load at all, seems like it wont be able to run the game Thanks for clearing my doubt... |

It's to get the New ICS for Honor with Google Services (Market, contact and etc) 1st, go to huawei website to download the latest ics (china version) http://www.huaweidevice.com/cn/technicaInd...&productId=3884 and install it, then proceed to below file at sendspace, http://www.sendspace.com/file/0wc1s3 it can help to root the phone and get the administrator - bypassing the China ICS v out market issue. Which means, we may enjoy the ICS now come with google services, cheer for HOnor, cheers for huawei ... Expecting the official release come very soon .... Superb like the phone now (honor ics v market) .... yipie~! |

QUOTE(zombieleex @ Feb 19 2012, 04:14 PM) i saw it too, it's amazing, believe it's internal staff masterpiece ... You mean Huawei ICS dont have the All Backup app install? Can anyone confirm this? If its does not applied, better wait for the official World Edition and see whether the All Backup app is pre-install? But it doesn't make sense if Huawei does not include it in their ICS?Heard the internal application "all back up" doesnt applied when u upgrade to ics, anyhow, i backed it via sd, not via de application, feedback us whether can backed via application, thanks |

QUOTE(tanseehua @ Feb 20 2012, 04:29 AM) try tropicana city mall, there is 1 phone shop that keep all model of Huawei phone. Without rooting the phone can activate Google Market and Services? Thats cool! My Honor is running on ICS 4.0.3 beta2 china version, but already unlock the Google apps with code. Added on February 20, 2012, 4:46 am actually to activate and appear back all google apps is only a command will do............ im using beta 2 ICS 4.0.3 China version, It come with chinese and English interface. Preset is no Google Apps inside (in more suitable term is they hiding all Google apps), but to call out all Google apps a simple code will call out all google Apps to appear already. Code to call out Google apps is ,bring up dial pad, key in *147258369#, after that will appear a selection screen Hiding GMS apps and Display GMS apps , choose Display GMS apps will do(Market, Gmail, Google Search, Latitude, Google Maps is all come back)。 My Honor with ICS 4.0.3 beta 2 with full Google Apps, and face unlock, touch focus camera, and there is Huawei Cloud+ for me to use..........happy ICS original icon ![]() Huawei "Beyond The Sky" theme and ICON ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
