Good question, so I tried it.

The default application (Sound Recorder) is sounds terrible. I didn't know if it was the hardware (recording mic and/or playback speaker) or software (Sound Recorder), so I grabbed a sound recorder app off market Hi-Q MP3 Recorder and captured a recording.

This phone battery life and sound quality ok?

Bought at RM999, which is the lowest sellers in BJ complex and Prangin (Penang) are willing to offer. Includes screen protector, earpiece, but no microSD. The phone can be gotten for RM870 in China I heard, but oh well..
Checked with service center, phone cover not here yet.

As other forumers mentioned, the recorded sound is incredibly soft. Tried video capture using different apps - same result.

Been using the phone for a few days, haven't noticed any other issues. Works great so far

Hey Guys, did u all notice that our honor touchscreen feel like not so sensitive. for example most of the time i need to touch 2 times to choose something. is it because my screen protector problem make it not enough sensitive. did u guys come across this issue.

Tried it, seems to work better.... yeah it does..
Perhaps the touchscreen is sensitive after all. Could be finger too oily sometimes LOL

Regarding the touchscreen problem, does anyone try before the phone without screen protector? is it still same?

Notification IS the SMS ringtone

You have to tick the 'use incoming call volume for notification' box under Sound setting so that it uses the ringtone volume

1st, go to huawei website to download the latest ics (china version)

it can help to root the phone and get the administrator - bypassing the China ICS v out market issue.

Which means, we may enjoy the ICS now come with google services, cheer for HOnor, cheers for huawei ...

worth it! its battery life span is super duper long. hehe..my gf is using it now. can use it up to 3 days max, w/o charging it at all. of coz if use it a lot or play games on it often, nd to charge it every 2 days

It wipe all your settings, apps, themes, msgs and data inside phone.... except for your SD card...have to do backup first

u better back up ur data, let's put in pc wording - it's completely format ...

I use the built-in All Backup apps comes with the phone to do the backup (Apps & Data)
