 Huawei Honor/(Glory), Huawei Glory turns Honor (U8860)?

Hello. I am newbie in Android world, my new Huawei U8860 Honour is my first
smartphone in this operating system.
I bought the phone in Germany, Europe. The firmware is curiouse:

U8860V100R001DEUC00B870.
Of course, it´s Gingerbread 2.3.6, but the letters DEU means it´s
a german version, and includes a lot of languages.
I don´t know if it can be rooted, and for me is more important
waiting for the REAL and latest version of ICS.

I´m waiting to learn all about our wonderful phone.

Hello. I´ve an issue in my Honour.
When I transfer files (only one big or a lot small files, it´s the same) from the
PC to the phone via USB in USB mode, it´s sloooooooow. Only reaches 1 MB/s.
My microSD card is a 16 Gigs with class 6 Samsung FAT32. The phone has
Gingerbread 2.3.6 original. Kernel 2.6.35.7-perf. If the transfer is reverse,
from the phone to the PC, it reaches 3 MB/s.

Do you have the same problem?

Thank you. After reading the review, it seems to be an issue with the hardware, not with gingerbread isn´t it?. Should be interesting that people with ICS installed tell us if the problem remains too. If not, perhaps ICS has fixed it.

¡Oh! Wonderful, and WHEN an INTERNATIONAL version?. If Huawei persevere to rise a leader position into the brands of smartphone around the world, publishing the new ICS version only to the chinese market is a SHAME, SHAME, SHAME.
