Although its not stated at Corning website, but it certainly has the quality. The unit I bought didn't come with screen protector as the early batch didn't come together with SP. So far using it for more than 2months without screen protector and without any casing. No scratch so far.

I'm quite a brand conscious kind of guy... the reasons I bought Huawei Honor are:

1. Price within my budget
2. The best battery capacity within that budget

which no other major brand can offer this.

how long can it last?? does it lag when playing hd game??

it has 30% left after 12 hours of normal use (my normal use). Compare to my previous Moto Defy which need to be charged in between.

tested any game?? i just wan to knw the performance....lolz

Interesting in Huawei Honor now..
But just no budget temporary for getting one... haha
will go survey pricing within my area first... XD

Overall, Huawei Honor is value to own one, all of above, just one thing, the camera if could do it better for low light shooting, then it will be the prefect item.

We have been hoping so much huawei now.

I played a few games. Didnt experience any lag. But sometimes when performing tasks like opening/closing app and so on it takes awhile to load. But i guess thats just normal. Maybe i have too many background tasks running. But you can kill them with ATK.

Added on March 26, 2012, 11:17 pmYa agree with the camera being a disappointment. When i compared it with my friends i4s although both phone is equipped with an 8MP camera but i4s' picture turns out much clearer and sharper. Hope that ICS update makes a change to that.

I'd seen ppl selling honor for rm999 in garage sales. With this budget is it better to wait for xiaomi which is selling each for 1999 yuan (around rm979)? The benchmark score is not bad and the specs are definitely better.

if you can afford to wait, then just wait... but if you really can't wait, just grab the one within your budget, with the highest spec at the moment

No. But i dont really see much HD game in Play Store either. So no biggy.

The new iPhone 4S camera is good, but it is not because the number of megapixels. It is about the sensor and lens built, in spite of it being 8 megapixels.

Ooo. Anyway I still hope ICS update makes a difference to the current camera quality. I heard it will. Am I correct?
