Hi gals~

Need some advice on what shampoo or remedy works for hair fall issues...
I have slightly below the shoulder length hair.. and i am losing lots of hair daily...
i know its natural that we lose hair on a daily basis.. but i think mine is quite bad...

i had the same issue previously when my hair was longer.. hence i cut it short... and it solved the problem..for a while...
now that my hair is growing again.. my hair is falling badly~~~
i dont wanna cut my hair short anymore...

is there any advice on what shampoo is good... or if there are any vitamins i could take to help this...

cosway gamat tonic is good

and i read that biotin is good for hair too.

also, avoid using too much chemicals in your shampoo and conditioner (try to avoid Sodium Laureth Sulfate).. so you try to look at organic type of shampoos (honestly, I feel it's very expensive and some of the midrange prices still had some chemicals that I wanted to avoid. However I might recommend Burt's Bees shampoo for their ingredients although I haven't tried it yet.. RM55/bottle)

you can use certain oils such as jojoba, coconut, or almond to promote hair growth.
heard that apple cider vinegar is good too, but for me it made my hair very kembang.
Also you should clarify your scalp (once in a while) with baking soda to get rid of all the silicone or other stuff that is stuck to your hair shaft.

l have had good results from coconut oil and gamat tonic, I did extensive research and experimenting with products and now my hair is OK, before this it was almost balding that I considered cropping my hair or getting a wig.

heys~~! thanks for the tips~! will surely check out all the items u recommended.. I am now trying not to blow dry my hair.. but my hair is so messed up if i dont

yet when i blow dry............ i can see all my hair on the floor sighz...

you can also use minoxidil if i'm not mistaken, but for me i wanted an inexpensive way and adopt more natural methods..

so yeah, the shampoo i was using is a silicone free and SLS free shampoo i bought from watson around RM30+. japanese brand (it's japanese writing so i can't spell you what brand it is)

also using gamat water.. few mths ago, reduced gamar water, stopped putting coconut oil on hair, and stopped using vinegar rinse, so now hair started to fall again.. so now i start back on the gamat water 1-2 times a day, and start to be okay again. not sure how long to continue this regiment, but at least it's working and it's cheap!

What's gamat water anyway? How do you apply coconut oil onto your hair?

I used to apply virgin olive oil twice once a week, then I stopped cz I was so lazy already @@

erm...
I also have long hair and hair falls in daily basis.
What i did was...

When you shampoo your hair, try not to PULL and DRAG to wash.
Just use your Fingers (Not NAILS) to Massage the inner scalp, gentle wash the hair with the bubbles...Then wash off gently.

When you apply Conditioner, same...dun PULL...just spread the conditioner in your palms, and gently spread all over the tip of the hair...if you find your hair tangle, dun PULL...just roughly massage it with conditioner...when you wash off...the tangle automatically will be back in shape...

Blow dry...
USE BIG Spread COMB...the gaps between are HUGE that type...
then use Leave on conditioner or oil...apply at the end of the hair which you think will tangle most of the time...
Rub it IN smoothly with your fingers...again..no PULL & Drag...

Then just blow dry accordingly...

Side hairs 1st, then behind seperate into 2 part (Up & Down) Blow down 1st then Up.(Hope you understand what am i talking about)

Tips:
Dun Pull & Drag..as i mentioned many times.

Thus, its pretty common that long hair will have hair falls problem...
Normally falls around 10-20 strays...but not in bundle yeah...its spreading on ur pillow, washing ur hair, blowing your hair...combing your hair...

last time my hair also drop a lot. dont say comb, normal blow hair i can see a lot lot of hair on the floor. my hair stylist recommended me this serum, its quite good in fact my hair drop much lesser after using it for 1 week and the result is kinda obvious. it's called SPSP Energy Serum Intensive. The bottle transparent. Really worth trying eevn though its quite expensive. later on due to my laziness i stop using then again another girl introduced me this shampoo, which is good too. Lakme K.Theraphy, u can get it from Shine. and its quite expensive but its worth trying.

how much u bought it? how long it can last?

it last me 1 month only cuz i wash twice a day. thats why. the serum i use it everytime when my hair is wet, then after applying it blow with hair dryer then can already. for the shampoo, also 1 month one bottle cuz its the normal size one i bought. price for serum i think range around 70-90. i bought it expensive cuz its from salon, then later on realize outside market selling much cheaper. swt. for shampoo rm60++.

i also have very bad hair fall problem (not to mention dandruff as well ) i guess it because i constantly use head and shoulders shampoo as it is very useful for dandruff.but according to my brother,it has very high chemical contents,that's why i have hair fall problem effect.so i try to use this new shampoo,it made from various types of herbs and organic material.it calls Tropicaderioherb shampoo.they have serum,hair cream and many more.i can see changes to my problem.it reduces about 60% of my problem and i still using it now.it can cure migraine as well its not too expensive, around rm35 per bottle.

where did u grab that from? my colleague suggested aiken..

there's a kiosk here selling those products (kulim).i found a website selling the products online (http://www.tropicabioherb.net/) i'm not sure about aiken.never try before.but makesure the product you gonna choose must be from pure herbs and organic,its better for hair fall problem.try the link i gave to you. good luck

it smells like serai wangi (if you have smell that before) its not too strong.just nice

there is a shampoo from indonesia called le voile, i dont know if you can get it here in malaysia... it is quiet effective.. and its smell of apple ^^

have anyone try shampoo bawang (jackie chan) before? I saw a girl on youtube who has hair loss problem use the bawang shampoo to improve her condition.

there is news about bawang shampoo causing cancer. do check through google.

I've hall fall problems since secondary school.
My hair become lesser but I consultant with doctor . He said everything okay, as long as the hair still growing it should not be a problems >~<

I tried sunsilk ( yellow colour ) it's make my hair very oily after a few hours.
Sunsilk ( pink ) not bad . But still many hair falls.

Recently , I tried with burts bee( super shiny mango )
Not bad but after a day my hair become oily >~<
So at last, I end up with Johnson's baby hair shampoo ( orange colour )
It's really help. My hair get controlled
