looking for part-time jobs....anything casual in nature prioritised - with not so much brainpower needed kinda work.....that's what i meant by casual....

free almost anytime of the day.......except for saturday, and sunday where i'm occupied the whole day

i'm based in cheras.....
would consider work location based in KL and PJ .....though would look into the pay if it's the latter since i've to incur more expenses in my travelling to work place

4. Assisting Microsoft's customers solve their technical issues experienced with any Microsoft products, including (though not limited to) XBox, Windows Live OneCare, MSN, Microsoft PC games.

Sample of issues handled:

0x51F, 0x652, 0x800A0007, 0x80072ee2, 0x80072EE7, 80246005, Age of Empires III's online account could not be created, removing .NET Framework 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5, Windows Live OneCare not recognised as being installed, Windows Firewall's unable to be activated, Windows Update logfile, Windows Vista - backup and restore registry, Windows XP - blue screen, Malicious software removal, Windows Update, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Vista, Office 2007, Outlook, Windows Installer, STOP error messages and many more.




5. Handling Microsoft's sales & marketing in-bound enquiries via emails, as sent by customers from Australia and New Zealand.
Enquiries range from:
- products' licensing, events information and booking, product pricings, marketing proposals, product activation, technical support, complaints, refunds/replacements and rebates/promotions.
* Enquiries not handled are transferred by email or phone to the appropriate department.
* Urgent issues that require the immediate attention of the upper management of Microsoft, are escalated to the escalation department accordingly.
