When do you get your Cash-Back amount

1. Maybankard 2 AMEX: on the last day of the spending month with posting on 1st of the next month

2. OCBC Titanium Mastercard: on Statement Date

3. SCB Business Visa: 2 days after the transaction has been performed

4. Citibank-Shell Card & Citibank Cashback Platinum : accummulate up to RM50, and automatically creditted (need advice from LYN members)

7. UOB ONE Card : Credit into the account in the next statement

Promotional Cash Back - please read each T&C carefully

1. AmBank : 20% Cash Back Promo for weekends until 31 March 2011 for Petrol, Groceries, Pharmacies and Departmental Stores. T&C Apply.

2. Public Bank : 8% and 12% Cash Back for Anything Anytime until 31 Dec 2011. T&C Apply.

Ya lor. I was also wondering why so secret one ... there's few cash back cards around and if you reveal it, it wouldn't compromise your privacy, personal finances, etc. Although I was wondering where did the RM500 rebate came from.

Maybe you want to put note that point redemptions not counted. Pure cash back only.

hahahaha, is the kopitiam thread of CC section and to enable people who loves to spam to increase post counts. I was joking when I suggested at MBB 2 thread that someone should open such a thread like this. And like ronnie said, to show off, oops! I mean share, and we have one here that have earned RM500 cash back that beats RM50 for MBB 2 AMEX.

If one has HLB Essential, he could get RM500 with RM50,000 spending. Or if his card gives him 0.5% cash back like CIMB VI, then it means he transacted RM100K.

And some bank from UAE or in the same region offers cash back of 5% too. Can't remember the bank but someone did post it once.

I honestly dont know what is the purpose of the thread. Everyone with AMEX/UOB 1/OCBC will post very similar posts and this will go on for pages without any purpose.

I really love Am Bank cc as i always enjoy the 20% cash back and try to max out it since the previous promo started. As long as you spend on the first weekend, chances are very high.

In June 2011 I have written about this AmBank cash back in my article AMBank Group Credit Cards Promotion 2011. Go read it. The offer got T&C and runs till March 2013.

Since we are talking about promotional cash back offers, yesterday I posted my article titled Entry Level Credit Cards - Which Is Best For You? where I touched on Public Bank current cash back promo offering 8% and 12% cash back but once gain got T&C like AMBank promo.
