may i know how much time they need to fix it? i am sending it first thing tomorrow to canon. Desperately hoping to fix it before christmas... so sad...

wow.. i got it fixed for free too... they replaced the faulty connector. best part is i requested them to fix it within 2 days if possible.
sent in on 21st 8am got in on 23rd 7pm. although they placed the extra urgent notice with no promises, i'm suprised that they actually made it. great service canon! |
