Im planned to have the renovation sequence like below: not sure correct sequence anot since this would be my 1st house renovation.

claimed house defect > alarm wiring > power point and electrical wiring > plaster ceiling > kitchen cabinet/wardrobe > lightning > painting > grill > alarm system > electrical product (air cond)/tv and etc. and lastly furniture.
