seems like new budget good for first property buyer. woohoo i not yet buy.

everything on the budget 2012 are setting up for the next GE
can see that government need more cash for GE and to cover up the deficit by doing 1% more to epf, 400k loan , taxing you more etc etc.
they need to generate more money for GE to buy votes, now even fine you for paying income tax late(and they don't fine those who didn't pay/skip income tax.. because most of them are  ****** ). obviously they are damn desperate now.

only stupid thinks that the budget 2012 was good, giving you free money. they didn't realize that our country will end up like greece if the government keep doing that.

EPF goreng earn 20-30% a year, but paying you 5% . Cronies are so fat even their wives are fat too(you know who and why now) .

Govt wants to encourage people to "borrow" beyond their means.. so that's why. When bubble burst in a few years.. just like most develop countries, then they will bail them out.

So, buy the banks and developers now because they are going to have a windfall... then wait patiently for that tipping point and SELL like crazy later.

The bigger the govt, the better this administration sees it.
