Sunreit debut at 88c on first day of listing, but closed slightly below ipo price ~0.875. Day high 0.895, day low 0.875.

What I wanna say is, it doesn't matter if didn't strike PavReit IPO, may have the chance to buy cheaper from market

I am interested in PavReit as well. May buy on the first day of listing.

if market doom, buy on listing.
if market bull, apply for ipo.
