Don't expect too much from budget lar.
Gov is running deficit 4-5% GDP already, cannot expand more deficit. Realistic expectation should be some goodie and sweet only for individual, like more tax relief, but don't expect too much. A little here and there. Any goodie need money. Without increasing tax revenue, it is rather constraint for gov to throw out a big one. What we want from budget, is put up visionary and consistent measure the lay down foundation for future better growth. |

QUOTE(monkeyking @ Oct 8 2011, 02:16 AM) The more correct one, is stop smoking together . It is harmful to your health. A country won't prosperous if we have this kind of mindset across. All start from individual. Nobody want to see a country that is rampant in smuggling, rampant in illegal activities. Like that a country may in chaotic situation. |

For the budget, the major one issue we should look at is the deficit number.
Not can get Rm500 or not. We need to see the budget deficit continue to shrink down further, and control on the routine operation wages. |

QUOTE(mopster @ Oct 10 2011, 03:18 PM) hehe... i briefly mentioned last week that "we only need 1 small EU bank to fail to create panic" The market explodes to the upside particularly DJ futures, due to this. and it's Dexia!.. but apparently they are saving the bank... Market is celebrating... Don't need to scare, banks may be saved across.... So party time again. |

QUOTE(gogo2 @ Oct 10 2011, 03:49 PM) There is always some logic.Just like rubber story was overcooked, as I posted previously. Simply say USD rise, already mean glove industry will be flourish and profit will rise, the share price shoot 10-20% like that, look right, left, up and bottom, also not feeling right with this statement vs share price performance. How can suddenly pop up USD rise issue, then share price shoot to the roof one? |
