E & O no GO,at least for now..
Sime Darby Berhad (Sime Darby) wishes to announce that pursuant to a letter from the Securities Commission (SC) dated 11 October 2011, the SC has informed Sime Darby of the following:
(a) That further to its review of the above acquisition, it is the SC’s findings that Sime Darby and Dato’ Terry Tham Ka Hon are not parties acting in concert and as such a mandatory offer obligation would not arise.
(b) That the SC’s finding is without prejudice to a review of the decision should new facts arise in relation to the matter and the SC’s right to take appropriate action provided under the securities laws as a consequence of such review.
This announcement is dated 11 October 2011.

I feel good holding GENM share when I go genting highland last weekend to get my green card. The receptionist said "you're shareholder of the genting right?". And I proudly said yes eventhough I only ikan bilis shareholder. LOL

so today is green day.  just mentioned e&o may head to 1.19, looks like it's going to happen.  so past weeks' accumulation was not without a reason. timecom run well recent days.  megb good run too, hopefully the share buyback later boost it further.  perisai is slowly moving north.  mudajya and drb quite solid so far, resting.  |
