anyone watch or heard this anime before? i watched first 3 episodes on youtube very nice le.... plan to buy it but all 50 episodes like very long le... scare will be very drag in the middle story.

I watched the whole thing already, the storyline is not bad but it's very slow moving (from the 1st episode till the last one). Might feel boring in certain parts as well but overall it's still quite enjoyable to watch it especially the ending part.

I think you're talking about James, not Nathan, cause that scene happened in the last episode so there's no next episode.

Havn't seen episodes of this anime. Anyone give me a rough picture of it? Or a short review? I'm thinking of buying the dvd and watching it when i'm free Just want to know if its worth my $$

i dun really recommend it. I find it's not worthy anime. plus if u wan to get, go for Blood: The Last Vampire. it way more better than Blood+, though Blood+ is prequel to Blood: The Last Vampire.

btw, Blood: The Last Vampire is OVA or OAV or watever u called it. its single eps anime only.

No, Blood+ is the sequel to Blood the Last vampire. Blood the last Vampire was set during the American vs Vietcong war in Vietnam, while Blood+ was during modern time. And I feel that Blood+ was a good anime, just the ending seems kinda iffy and did not do justice of a good initial runs of episode.

sry my mistake. someone has been misfed info me with Blood+ as prequel when it was 1st shown. the show is badly done that i didnt bother to check for the detail.

Well i can say 1 thing, if u 1st watched Blood: The Last Vampire 1st, Blood+ is a big dissapointment, but if u watch Blood+ 1st, u would say so-so, n Blood: The Last Vampire will be awesome.

O'rly? Strangely i get quite the opposite impressions although watching Blood TLV 1st. Blood TLV was more a visual showcase for Production I.G rather than anything else. It lacked any story or plot. The story was further developed in the Blood TLV PS2 games and novels though. Blood + being a series has the luxury for character development and plot progression so i felt Blood + was pretty good.

To clear something up, Blood + has no relation to Blood The Last Vampire in terms of story other than the main character's name is Saya in both shows and they both use swords to kill vampires. Blood + is an alternate universe as it doesn't follow the events in the novels and games. Also in the movie, Saya mentions to kill Chiroptera, she must inflict a fatal wound that will make them lose blood, that's why guns are useless and she must use a sword. But in Blood + they change it that her blood is poisonous to Chiroptera. So Blood + is neither a prequel nor a sequel to Blood TLV.
