 how to install curtain rail, inside the l-box plaster ceiling

This design is meant for railing to install on the ceiling (plaster ceiling) Your plaster ceiling guy should / already have reinforce that section for railing.

If you have kid(s) like to pull the curtain like "tarzan" it will drop and damage the ceiling eventually.

Sure can. Just make sure don't have kids doing "Tarzan" only.
