 how to install curtain rail, inside the l-box plaster ceiling

Just install the rail to the ceiling.
The ceiling on top of your air cond is not plaster ceiling, right?

Not difficult to take out. I am adopting this design in my living hall now. Mine is 2 layers some more.

If you worry, you can ask your ceiling contractor to reinforce the area that you wanna put your rails. Normally they add a piece of timber behind the plaster board.
