Any expert out there able to help?
Can I install a 1 HP air cond into existing air cond copper piping which used by 2 HP air cond?

If not mistake it can, but dont switch between NON Inverter to Inverter type

nope, existing is non inverter 2HP air cond but the existing owner took back.. i'm fixing my current air cond which is 1HP there, can right?

can, normally my air con guy will cut/ joint/ weld a short length of copper pipe to install @ no extra charge tongue.gif

Could just ask the installer to install a new piping, its free afterall, unless the copper piping runs very long.

yeah, the copper piping is quite long and concealed... i do not want to hack again...

Asked this question to the AC guy and he said yes. We can go from 2hp to 1hp but not the other around.

Please double check to confirm.
