I have a growing suspicion that a few items I bought last time is stuck in malaysia customs.

From what i know, i need to go to KLIA/LCCT customs and ask there?

but the thing is, where exactly do i need to go? what information about my items will i need to have with me? and does anyone have a tax list based on items being shipped in?

if anyone can link me to an appropriate thread/link or give me any information to help me itd be much appreciated.
