I'm looking to replace my tyre.. 235/55R18 for Lexus RX350. Just wondering does anyone knows how much it will cost if I change it at Lexus SC?

hi, i hope i can ask this question here.. what is the thing called - its like the nut which locks our tyre's car so that ppl cant steal the tyre?
what is that thing called and how much would it cost? does it cost the same for all tyre sizes (specifically for suzuki swift)? |
