Wazzap.

I am driving a myvi (yes.) and am absolutely annoyed at how often my car goes "krrrRRAAAANg" over almost every single damn road surface. (Yes i know in most cases our roads are to blame). Still, is there any way I can eliminate the vibrations as much as possible by getting tires with thick sidewalls? Like....do 175/75/rstock for myvi 1.3 even exist?

Note: Do not care about looks or 'sporty' grips. I never drive above 110kmh and my work requires me that I drive to klia almost everyweek. I only want ride comfort. Anyone? =S
