looking to change my wheels for ford escape it tyre spec is 215/70R 16

but 1st post onli got list:
205/45R16
205/55R16
205/60R16
215/55R16
225/55R16
215/60/R16




any sifu can teach me wat the 215 and 70R means ?16" is the size
is it ok the install differently fr the orginal spec?

which is the best in term of less noise for 16"..
budget is ard rm350-380 per tyre

rm430 per pc (foc ironValves & Balancing)

cannnt find the orginal tire size 215/70/16..soo no choice..

the tire guy said differ abit no harm..dun know true or not also..no choice
