Hello all the Sifus,

Went to Teoh Bros in Klang today to swap my front two tires with the rear one. Asked them to check the alignment too but the mechanic said no need do alignment after he test drive after the swapping. But when I'm driving on the highway, the car seem to pull to the left side.

Qouted their tires price too:

205/50R17
-Duro (Taiwan) = 280/pc

225/45R17
-Sonny Ingens A1 (China) = 260/pc

Any opinions on this 2 types of tire? Currently I'm using Duro which is from the previous owner. I just get my ride 1 month ago.

Am surveying around for 205/50/R17 & 215/45R17 tyres.

Get these info:

215/45R17
Kumho Ecsta SPT - Rm290/piece
C drive 2 - RM350/piece
Continental MC5 - 380/piece

Want to survey for hankook V12 too since quite a lot of good feedback on this tire. Anyway, unable to find for 205/50R17 (I am currently using this size (Duro) and seem to me that this size is quite rare).

Hope to get some advice on these few tyres. Plan to change it this week.

Anyone using 205/50R17? Seem to me very hard to find.
Was suggested to use Kumho KU31 215/45R17..is this tyre good?

Managed to find one shop selling KU31 it at 250 per donut. Might change to it as the reviews are good.
Never heard about Neuton but after some research, it seems to be quite qood. May I know where can I get this?

Bro..Just changed all my 4 donuts and rims at Kedai Papan Klang.. Planned to change to NT8000 but due to no stock, I have to make do with the NT5000. 215/50R17, RM230/pc for both series.
The rim is enkei replica i guess but the boss highly recommend.. RM1550/set. The tires price are good but the rim seemed to be overpriced since original set around 1900/set. Only know it's just few hundreds difference after i checked thru' the net.

Just used it for 2 days with only 120km covered. Everything seemed to be normal in dry road as my old donut (Duro 205/50R17). Haven't try it during wet day (waiting for it to rain tho'). Anyway, I felt that my car is bouncing quite obviously when cornering at 80kmh++ which I never experience before. Not sure it's due to the 215/50R17 profile or the tyre is not good enough for cornering. Noise wise, acceptable.

Yeap..hin leong aka Kedai papan. I'm not really sure if it's really overpriced but I won't return for sure.. the uncle staff a bit bossy. Besides, I tried 5 different rim designs just to compare and only spent a while to choose for this one but he was like very beh song.
