quite long time im not drop by here

have question, how u guys re-align the headlamp?
my driver-side headlamp normal beam quite high compared to passenger side.

trying to search if any screw to adjust but no luck
i wondered if this white plastic screw is the adjuster? (pic below)

but why seem nothing happened when i use it..turn left or right?
which screw need to adjust?
