Not necessarily true.. Ur tyre can slide/drift without making screeching noise also.. It's better to feel the threshold urself rather than relying on noise. Sometimes u push a wee bit too far, then ur car spin.
Procedure no.1 not necessarily true. Got member actually paid me during the brake pads bulk order & ffk-Ed me. But the plus side is ur wallet won't 'koyak' because of these infidels.

Alright gotten back my car from CoSE after the problem of "engine overflow". I asked the technician Azri what was the problem and he said the petrol did not combust properly and it caused the spark plug to be wet after you stop your engine. When spark plug is wet then it would be hard to start the engine. So he said they took out my spark plug and dry it and service that area then put back the plugs.
*However the other technician that came to my house to start my car said not enough air intake and asked me to use back proton's air filter...compared to the Works filter i using now 

However when i went back to the car to check, i see all four of my Denso SP in the car...meaning to say they changed it! (there goes my Denso IT20 SP  ) and also they changed my transmission oil judging from the bottle of oil they left in my car (still got at least half a bottle extra).

Now the interesting part is when i asked him how to prevent this from happening? His response was.."Campro engine memang macam tu punya"..damn he easily blamed the engine..and i probed him further and his other response was "This situation happens cause you drive short distance or rarely drive your car...so try to drive further distance" and i told him i drive my car to work everyday and not short distance at all...he couldn't answer me back..what kind of explanation asking me to drive further..so if i want to go to nearby shop to buy something, I would need to drive a few rounds first before going back??? 

Anyways the plus point from this is i got free SP, free Transmission oil, fixed some noise at the door panel and for your info, 1 fog light bulb only cost RM 5.75  But 1 thing is the technicians cologne sticks to me passenger seat      i HATE the smell!!!

So now my car is back to square 1...my 2 mods gone d - Denso SP and Works air filter

Yeah...good FS seems to do that. Some ppl are against FS, as technically its actually overprice and most of its functions are almost the same with semi for normal cars like ours. If high performance cars such as sport cars, then FS will makes a difference.

However my personal experience on FS is noticeable improvement on lesser vibration, slightly smoother acceleration and much quieter engine.

Actual performance in terms of power, torque, etc no or little difference from semi. So if you're the one who's particular on vibration, silent, etc, then FS is still worth it tho it cost at least double of semi. If you're not bothered with the above improvement, it will be better to use semi, save cost some more.

If you're one of the those thinking to save $$$ and use FS to extend OCI to 10Km, I would suggest to use back semi and do 5K OCI becoz although you save $$$ short term, you have much higher chances of spending much higher $$$ on long term to repair damages that it might cause to your engine.

If you change lube at 5K OCI all the time, you should never ever have encounter minyak pekat, even if your car is 100K mileage. If you do encounter that at 5K, either the lube is a fake or your engine faulty already.

As mentioned many times, at 5K OCI, if lube still clean, either its cleaning and suspension function not doing well or your engine is clean. If you continue to use till 7K, if lube color is still clear, you might have some oil suspension problem liao.

My 5.5 years old city engine lube at 2.5K, light brown to dark brown liao. As a matter of fact, last check at 1K already light-dark brown. If lube get darker so soon, it does not mean no good as some ppl thought (myth, clear lube at a few K clean means good lube....wrong). As have been proven when my 5.5 years old engine open up, Idemitsu FS lube already dark brown at 2.5K BUT the internal engine parts, piston, wall, all looks polish, no sludge, not even a hit of contaminants sticking to them, its all in the lube suspension. The lube dark brown means it managed to clean all contaminants and SUSPEND them in the lube without them sticking to the walls...
