guys... need to ask abt the stock, new honda city top speed can up to? everyone tested b4? i was drag by a new stock honda city (look like stock, look abt the back muffer is ori, front part ori too) with my current speed around 180km. the honda city drag me abt 500m (abt 20 cars distance) and keep going further and i still unable to catch & follow it...

it is 1.5cc VS 1.6cc... i am crusing 180km... it overtook me with at least 220km+- above... the distance it drag me away really unblifable... i'm get shock...

drop in is the type u are using now, performance filter too, but just the same size to replace the OEM.. Open pod u need to remove the whole airbox cos the filter is like a mushroom type.. Can take in waaaaayyyy more air for waaaaayyy more power!

it drag me far away in very short time... at least 200km... i bet...

last time during the foaming sam and ngeo88 squat down and listen to my muffler, and they only hear a little sound from the muffler, the rest is the extractor sound.

I know. Last time I used Havoline fully, damn responsive engine yet quiet. Recommended it to everyone here, but nobody seemed to use it at all..
W literally stands for Winter, and in the case of 5W-40, it means that at cold-start/winter temperature (0 Fahrenheit, -18'C), the viscosity (measured by centistokes, the number in front of the W means the time taken for the engine oil to flow through the viscometer) of the engine oil is at 5, and while the engine is running/warmed up the viscosity is at 40.

PCD is the nut centre diameter from the wheel hub.. Most continental cars is 114.3 x 5 hole.. japanese cars are 100 x 4 holes..
any 0W/5W-40 oil.. dont use 50/60, cos later ur engine too sluggish.. If u want good FC go for 0W-30.
Buy from Tesco loh.. Fake means sue their pants off loh..

No experience with auto cars at all. Was driving manual cars before this.

So bought a persona auto 2 months ago.

But notice when I change gear and press the button on the auto gearshift, it is kind of hard to move the gear..example moving like from P to R or R to N or N to D.

Need to use abit of energy to move gears compare to manual cars.

Is this normal?

Or do I need to change my auto gearbox oil?

Hmm the gearbox is very dated and sluggish.. For the sound system, i think PE has the best OEM stock one compared to any car in its price range.. U just need to tweak the EQ a bit.. Our stock speakers can provide some bass too.. Which is very good, compared to the extremely lousy sound system in my Viva and the new Myvi Extreme..

Yeah CAI ah.. Can u see that the airbox directly connects to the front grille top there to intake cold air directly.. Thats y ur car will feel underpowered when driving in hot weather compared to a cold night.

Increase horsepower. Actually, if u can find a way to channel fresh outside air directly in front of the open pod air filter, ur top speed wont drop. The reason top speed drop is because air flow not optimized.
632grams to be exact. It's a myth that 4-1 can only be used for manual cars. If u understand how 4-1 works, then u'll understand why i say this.

The reason why 4-1 is not recommended for auto transmission cars is because ur low end torque will suffer. On auto cars, all we want to improve is the low end torque. As for manual cars, u're free to shift ur gear at whatever RPM u like, and there are 5 gears to play with. And also, with the catcon removed, there are much less restriction and this change can be instantly felt in manual cars. That is why the torque loss is not so noticeable. As for top end, both auto and manual benefits from it due to the design of the extractor. For auto cars, the loss in low end will cause the RPM to climb much more slower to 3-4K RPM, then from there the pickup will kick in.

Our stock exhaust setup is 4-catcon-1. Which is indirectly a 4-1 system as well. There is another way if u wan cheap performance: remove the catcon from the stock extractor and connect it to the rest of the system with extra pipings. Cheap (costs only around RM 50-80 for workmanship + pipe), quiet (everything else stock, slightly, VERY VERY slightly louder than stock due to increased flow), and hassle free (u can always keep the catcon & plug it back in case u dun feel like damaging the environment further).

Also, did any of u guys know that the cat-con is basically useless after 100k KMs? Means u're actually supposed to replace the catcon every 100k KMs, and it's not cheap. The elements in cat-con that converts the CO to CO2 will eventually be burnt till nothing left, and then u'll have to replace it in order to further 'conserve' the environment. By right u wouldn't die from CO poisoning if u plug a tube to ur exhaust tip and pull it into the car, then lock urself in it with the engine running (PROVIDED THAT UR CATCON IS WORKING, DONT TRY THIS AT HOME). Not to say that u wont die, u WILL eventually die (provided that ur car is airtight) from oxygen deprivation, but not CO poisoning.

Also to add, the catalytic converter lifespan will shorten from long period of idling due to overheating. Just another point for u environment-lover guys to take note.
