The problem is not because it is hard to close, it is because it makes the gap between the door & body is more compared without rubber.. The gap then promotes winds turbulent there creating an even more noisy sound..QUOTE(muslayer @ Oct 19 2011, 04:49 PM)
I install those sponge type on my car. Close car door sound sure nice. I just wondering is it the same with those Rubber type.
Sponge wan sure can fit better, but the problem is the sponge absorbs water and holds the water for quite some time.. For long term, definitely will makes your car body corrode wan..
