Was wondering, what are the prerequisites before flashing this ROM? Am currently using an unrooted CSL 2.2 ROM. Suppose I would need at least CWM installed?

Where to get the CM7.2 nbo? Since I prefer using nb0 format, IMEI wouldn't be lost

Ok, I manage to root the phone using SuperOneClick, so, next step is to flash cm7.2 nbo(which comes with CWM I suppose?) then follow the steps as the blog page of the ROM chef? It seems complicated, a lot of steps to deal with.

But from that CM7.2 nb0, how to update to this MYGingerB?

If I'm coming from CM7 EAv7.2 Final, what are the steps do I need to do to use this ROM?

It's ok, it's a clean slate before this, no need to back up stuff as this is my secondary phone. So I guess I only have to copy the update.zip to my memory card, wipe all data, wipe dalvik cache, and "flash from zip" then?

BTW, is this ROM already pre-rooted? Also, is there any script ready to run sdext? As I already have a 512MB EXT3 partition done with CWM.

Actually, to prevent data on first boot, what I usually do is totally remove the SIM card, set up everything, only put it back in. Reason is simple, without the SIM card in the phone, Android will let you choose setup thru WiFi.

Added on May 10, 2012, 12:33 amAnother thing I had forgotten to ask, does this ROM have any 2sd pre-configured? As in, do I have to leave an EXT3/4 space on the SD card before flashing? Am starting to feel sick of CM7 EAv7.2, doing it over and over and yet still couldn't get S2E to work at all, although I guess I should stop being greedy and just stick with the 120MB+ of internal memory after a fresh boot. Damn.
