which is why we need to spend wisely. the kind of money we spent up till now, how many real quality signings did we had?probably suarez n enrique?

villa probably wont choose us. success is a big attraction to player, other than salary of course. successful clubs are able to pay big wages. its all the economics of things. spend and be successful, dont spend and be mediocre.

Not everyone like silva matador aguero. Liverpool is moving on the right track. U can't expect everyone producing instant impact or immediate effect. I would say give faith and we will see them shine in the future. However in fact now they are in the club. We shouldn't condemn like low class fans act. Show that u are a kop. smile.gif

i dont condemn anyone, just been asking for some players to be dropped because they are not performing smile.gif

I'm not mentioning just to u. Players drop for? Drowning to maxi? Henderson to bellamy? Or Carrol to kuyt? We are building up a team for future. I don mind sacrifice buy them play time instead of playing the our aging players. Thatks my sense bro. No offense. smile.gif

i keenly believe that where there's a will, there's a way. is life that bad in england or too different from most european countries? if an asian player i would be worried though. even african players never complaint no? so in the end, players being too vocal about life is just giving an excuse, personal 2 cents tho  notworthy.gif

40% tax rate. is it bad?

England weather definitely bad compare to most Central Europe countries, hence the difficulties to adjust to life in England. Most European dislike gloomy weather in England since they get plenty of sunshine in Italy, Spain, France etc...
Thats why u seldom see players, esp from Latin region thrive in England

I tot they're talking about BPL players, eg why Downing over Mata. Or you meant Mata not subject to high tax rate?
*
downing over mata definitely would be the adaptabilty. he brought out african players. and yet how many africans players actually enjoying the high wages benefit before they came england.

This. Few note how high taxes are on players in England. It's easy to forget that like us, players are human and they need to be treated as such. Rafa lost the dressing room because he was detached and worked the lads like they were machines. I think it's natural for anyone to find it hard to adapt to other cultures and not miss their own. Know anyone working in say Dubai? I do and most want to come back eventually. Like it or not, managing a player isn't just about telling him where to run on the pitch. Why was Xabi pissed off when Rafa would not allow him to join the squad for an overseas game after first going home to witness the birth of his first child? If Titi Camara elected not to play the day after his father passed, should we say he was giving an excuse? I guess you're more adaptable than most people because when I was overseas studying, I wanted to come back at each given opportunity as much as I liked where I was.

Of course African players have no complaints. Who won't want to leave a world of hunger and poverty? It isn't all about choosing between the sun or gloomy weather. Players like Michael Essien leave their homes, make it big and return to give back to their communities. It's the same in South American countries like Argentina where poverty and corruption is high, and inflation is through the roof. Look beyond the weather.

and i always thought that why south american players rarely thrive in england is because its a more physical league and not as technical as say the spanish league

we knew that henderson plays a better football at midfield. if we can realise it, wad makes u guys think that king kenny and whole first team coaches wouldnt see it? There is always a reason for the moves they did.

hope carroll plays and deliver in this game. against terry and co, would love to see some physical battles. me thinks kelly should play, but not skrtel. chelsea have fast players and with skrtel so prone to making mistakes when it matters, i would be keen to see whether KD has something 'else' up his sleeve. coates? is he ready? or kelly in CB with agger? i dont think we should sit back in this game though and i do think we can win it. why dont include raheem sterling in the squad and try him out after 70 mins?
