if you have trouble reaching your caloric intake target through your daily eat (by your normal food. either not enuf time to cook or eat), get mass gainer.
if you have no problems forcing in food but you realize that reaching dat 2g/kg protein requirement through your current diet, get whey.
they are just supplements.
but if its about brands, ive been loyal to ON for a long time. either mass gainer or their whey. chocolate all the way by the way.
