Bros, any1 facing lag issue when the phone installed ton of apps and storage used 85-95%? i m iphone user, thinking to go for android.

Hi guys, just bought my sgs2!! Sad is there dont have chinese language. what i need to do before root or flash rom? If something happen to my phone can i hard reset to solve everything?
