Help needed here.

My SGS2 is having a problem with my home's wifi, but not with other places wifi such as my office etc. It's successfully connected to my home's wifi connection, but I cannot access internet at all. FYI i never rooted my phone, DXKH2 and my wifi router is Buffalo. Any possible way to fix this? Thanks.

I think it's a limitation if u're using the android fb app. For full functionality u needa use the desktop site.

Btw, anyone wants to start a bulk on this?

Why would u need to do so? U can surf desktop site on your phone too, use the browser will do

If you're using stock browser..type 'about:useragent'. Then click to desktop..:-)

From the main page:

More > Desktop site

Select "Desktop" then tap on "Ok"...
try to surf www.facebook.com and see if it still direct you to mobile site... try to close the browser and open again..

the 3rd option from the list is "Desktop"... can't you see it??

Of course I9100, people are hunting for it.
Not because of performance, just that it have many rom to play with

Coz i9100G no custom ROM yet.

That means apart from the stock rom in your device, you get to choose from many of the custom roms developed by other users. Generally gives u more access to themes and better performance as most of the custom roms have been tweaked for better performance. Currently only non G users have the privilege of flashing custom roms to their device.

some roms need as they need to flash with cwm recovery (needs root), while some dont need root(litening rom), as u can flash via pc to s2.

if samsung give more support for the G model then screw Samsung, since the non G model have larger userbase

roms that flash using pc are used via a program called odin. just connect the s2 to pc, put s2 in download mode and select the rom file and flash it.
but majority of roms need cwm to flash, litening rom is the only rom i know that uses odin instead of cwm recovery

the seller told me no G got no Chinese.. Only G got. Is it true? And how can it be solved?
