QUOTE(Higuain @ Oct 7 2011, 10:13 AM) thinking of getting sgsII soon... can i check the version of sgsII by looking on the label of the box? does the box stated the model version? or all box are just the same and we can only know it after we switch on the phone.... bcos i prefer i9100 over i9100g QUOTE(benny888 @ Oct 7 2011, 10:18 AM) yes you will see the model name in the box itself. one user has posted photos several pages back. do a search for it if you wish to be precise, its at behind of the box. btm left. |

QUOTE(Shizuru @ Oct 7 2011, 05:11 PM) My sis told me something about that but don't think I need that much. still testing my usage. That one don't have free calls right. yeah, Umobile is treating us as idiot i think. i receive the sms regarding U28 last Monday from Umobile, then no update from their homepage or fb fanpage. den ytd i saw it from fb fanpage, and the update from their homepage is 3 hours afterward. watafak? i oni stick to them due to the low cost n speed, but their CS is really the worst. another phail case that emphasize too much on marketing n advertising, n result of going all out= no ppl inside office to even attend to customer callin |

QUOTE(Similan @ Oct 9 2011, 12:38 PM) in the next few weeks, many new phones would be launched. if SGSII can drop till 1.2k, then i expect other phones to die immediately. NOT ONLY androidiPhone4S, galaxy note, HTC rhyme, titan, (and maybe prime, running latest ice cream software). so Similan expects the price to be 1000 - 1200. that's how it is with android phones. QUOTE(Similan @ Oct 9 2011, 12:44 PM) unfortunately, it's more of quantity over quality. actually the same problem also persisting in other official threads. looking back at Ip4S thread, same qs repeated more than 50 times.mostly is repeat questions/answers that can be easily avoided by reading the 1st page. poor uncle benny. wasting his time/effort nia. QUOTE(soulseeker6187 @ Oct 9 2011, 05:11 PM) for me its not big coz i have big hands. in terms of pocketability its no prob coz its the 1 of the thinnest phone around. my hand is damn small and almost same size wif women one, but i still found no problem for my thumb to raech the whole screen area, even with my Casemate POP on |

QUOTE(emino @ Oct 9 2011, 07:37 PM) Dude, dont whine about a product when the defect is you. i doubt whether he could hold SGSII or not, sincerely.![]() Average adult hands can reach, heck can go even over the other side. QUOTE(rain0520 @ Oct 9 2011, 07:38 PM) For me rapid typist, i personally prefer SwiftKey. Samsung stock de correction or prediction not working that well. As for google keyboard even worse, too slow can't make it with my pace speed. swype is better for the speed. but for accuracy, i personally prefer thumb keyboard QUOTE(destEX @ Oct 9 2011, 07:40 PM) you know what's the funniest part? you dont even know fingernails cant be used on capacitive touchscreens his finger nail is flesh-made probably? QUOTE(waveweaver @ Oct 9 2011, 08:00 PM) Ya..ya that's true. It quite hillarious when you find someone got problems using the phone due to own ignorance then suddenly say the phone is no good and on top of that some people is keep on flaming everywhere and creating havoc for those new users or those thinking bout purchasing it. man, i reli hope mods will show us some action. Some people ~~sigh~~ QUOTE(rain0520 @ Oct 9 2011, 08:05 PM) I bet soon samsung shall released another batch comes with slcd instead of super Amoled plus. Haha. I wonder what is those users reaction. Haha. Perhaps they shall argue that display isn't the most important but the performance does. Lol XD hmm, whatever they do, we dont reli mind as we already have our SGSII on our hand. one more thing, at least there's no suicidal cases from Samsung Manufacturing Plant anyhow, today's thread sure expanding damn fast thanks to someone |

QUOTE(Biscuit @ Oct 9 2011, 08:30 PM) Hi, FYI galaxy SII is I9100, Galaxy S oni is I9000Just got a Galaxy White today. Wanting to ask, Custom's ROM such as Lightning, are these not supported by i9000G and we have to use any of these 3 only: XME DZKI1, Stock kerne or CHN ZCKH? If so, which of these 3 are better in terms of stability and fast? The rooting link on the first page has the description of i9000. Therefore, does it apply to i9000G as well? |

QUOTE(TheLaptopDudeGuy @ Oct 10 2011, 09:27 AM) i dont sync anything in background, wifi and data was off, no apps running in background, so i expected maybe 2-3 hrs 1% drop rate. plus i already put in dual core script might be, but nevertheless depending on whether it got run or not. but wat i can say is, dun be to obsessed towards the battery life. 10% can be gone in minutes time when u browing network or playing games. so rather than getting mad on the percentage dropped, y dun u jz pretend that u had played 30 minutes game n the battery is gone coz of dat? Added on October 10, 2011, 9:27 am auto backup? i'll go check it out edit: i did turn on auto backup in privacy settings, that drains the batt? |
