hello lowyat forumers,

i see vacant lands / fields not utilised everywhere i go. near where i am staying, bukit serdang, seri kembangan, selangor, there's a few fields / playgrounds which hardly have visitors. some people staying nearby parked their car their and some grow something at the corner of it.

it would be much better if the field is put to good use than to go wasted like this, for example being transformed into a community garden to grow plants or veggies and do composting.
if i were to propose this to dap (with proposal), set up fund, find donors, arrange all other stuff,the main problem is, is there any monthly charges, payment or rent on the land?
