Hi guys, I will need your help to provide me feedback on what are the experiences you have with Silver Sellers in Malaysia. The purpose of having this review is so that other silver buyers in Malaysia can know where to look for recommended silver sellers and which silver seller(s) to avoid. Do this for our community, cheers!

i believe very few people are investing in paper silver, unless you are talking about trading silver. most of us here are talking about physical silver which you can consider referring here to learn more about buying silver in Malaysia

last january? u mean january in 2011?
either they have changed their policy or they didnt update their website...
anyway, the facts that they charge an annual fee (something like 2.5% ?) and we need to travel down to buy / sell, these 2 factors are enough for most people to stay away.

why go to singapore when we can do COD in KL / Malaysia or get it posted to your doorstep?

if talking about trading, why not consider online trading platform? buy fast, sell fast; make money fast, lost money also fast tongue.gif

So where do you buy your paper silver? normally what's the % they charge? per transaction? Can the same paper be traded elsewhere besides its issuer?
*
just download and install software like metatrader, play with demo account then with real account. but before u use ur real money, make sure u do learn about technical analysis

add on

silver price might have some drastic movement in next 24 hours. if it does fall, do remember on what is being shared in this post http://silverinmalaysia.com/silver-price-drop/

Thanks for your advice. Btw do you have any experience buying paper silver? If yes, care to elaborate the process? thx

don't have real life experience trading silver. only learned and played a bit during a technical analysis trading course i took some time back. my trainer told us not to touch gold silver and oil as beginner. learn and master at least one technical analysis methodology before moving to these very volatile commodities

hope it helps

i'm consolidating a list of order for the new American Silver Eagle 2012, buying it from Chef for RM125-RM130 depending on the final amount of order. i just checked on Apmex, buying 20 pcs would cost about RM126/pc (including 15% tax), i would say Chef is definitely give a reasonable price here. anyone interested do PM me to consolidate a group buy.

UPDATE: We have got 40+ oz so far. Seller has agreed to sell it at RM125/pc. Anymore people want to tumpang? No minimum amount, our initiative is to get people started to investing in silver. ASE is the best choice for beginner because it is one of the most liquid (means you can buy and sell it off easily) coins in silver market. further more, ASE does not carry very high premium, which means the price for 1oz of ASE is closer to spot price compare to other high premium 1oz silver. Just PM me if you interested to kick start your silver investment journey.
I will seal this deal by Friday (20/1/2011) evening.

thanks for your support nik0ns. i hope all the buyers are happy with this transaction. considered we are lucky, we locked at below USD30.50, in less than 24 hours, it shoot up to USD32.20 biggrin.gif
anyway dun feel upset if it came down in the future, silver price is very volatile. people said what goes up must come down. hehe...they didnt mention what happened after it come down. IT WILL GO BACK UP AGAIN. happy investing in silver!

i just wrote a new post on one of the silver sellers in malaysia (her name is Asiana Sulong). feel free to check it out at http://silverinmalaysia.com/
