That's the problem with copper, not only shipping is high, everything else (premium, wire, spread) is also high (in terms of % to the value of the copper bar). Also, with the same money to buy say, 100oz of silver, you better have enough space to store these copper in bulk.

don' think easy to make return from storing copper bar. The premium of bar is more than 50% of spot rate.

i bought this because it is cheap and never think of any high return. Cost me almost RM100 for 1kg copper bar include shipping. I bought it so that my room can fill with the god's currency which is gold, silver and copper tongue.gif

it is always depend how much you want to buy. if buy more, then buy from us directly, if just buy 1 or 2 pcs, then buy from your supplier loh.

rm150 for grizzly is considered cheap. it is part of canadian wildlife series with limited mintage of 1 million pieces only.
i personally have 2 wolves, 2 grizzly and now waiting for 2 cougars to arrive.
for collection purpose. sweat.gif

$4,985.40 for 101 pieces including fedex shipping.
it will translate to around rm160 per bar, not including tax.
if tax is imposed at 15%, it'll be around rm184.
then price for resale market here will be at least rm200? notworthy.gif

considering this is the price while spot rate is still at usd30/oz,
what will be the price if the spot rate is back at usd40/oz? doh.gif

Need advice. Do you think it is worth paying about 350 for proof silver 1 oz dragon (I believe it comes in a red box) but even if it does, is it worth it?

Thanks.

Argue with the customs that it is not a coin, you might get lucky and don't have to pay the 15%.

customs in malaysia are noobs. They only can see silver 15% tax but they cant see silver bars are tax free. My suggestion is bring those taxation books to customs and show them malaysia law.

if the market price is 200 and the cost to purchase it is 160, i don't mind buying them and sell it at RM180, haha. If the market price is rm180, i won't compete with other sellers.
