Hi, I have a problem with my Ipad 4 and itunes.

i cant sync the apps from itunes to my ipad. plus, if i sort my screens with itunes, the same problem happens. the changes made wont apply at the ipad.
the sync will stop at the stage "determining apps to sync" and then it will just stop without any error message. it just, stops. had tried sync with wifi but it is still the same.
tried sync the itunes with ipod 4th but it just goes smoothly. i've done most of the suggestions i could find with the help of google but still no solution.
