I have this blank icon with a waiting status on it. What does that mean and how do i get rid of it?

Nope. I managed to find a solution to that issue. An app was trying to update itself but connection was lost before it was completed. What i did is to resume the update and it works.

Another thing. Is there a way to turn off USB charging? Every time i connect my ipad to my laptop the battery status is "Not Charging" but in fact, it is charging.
