Hello..I am planning to buy an ipad as my first apple gadget. May I know , is it ipad mini or ipad 4 can be operating with Whatsapp, Viber, WeChat, Line apps? Thank you

ipad 4 - can but u must use ur mobile phone no, not the sim card no for the ipad

WhatsApp cannot. Only Viber, WeChat, Line, Skype works.
They only made specifically for iPhones, so those apps are NOT optimized for iPad.

which brand are you using and how is the performance in terms of charging speed and capacity (ie, can charge ipad how many times with full powerbank charge)
