I can help you check the following model but about the terms 'padded laptop sleeve on the back panel' I have no idea what does they mean, may be is the cushioining panel on the back (the soft cushion resting on your back).

'padded side-entry laptop sleeve' = The laptop slide in from the right handside at the back and zip it up to prevent it's dropping out. It's quite secure and able prevent the notebook jacker open up your back without your attention.
