Hello guys, after working for a few years, finally have enough money for a house. Just signed the contract! Absolutely delighted! Even though it's an old house. Here are some pictures of it. Intend to do some renovation. Will keep this thread updated. I have all the time in the world so i'll probably be doing quite a bit of DIY.

It'll be great! Major reno required - basically, everything has to be gutted except the walls and redone. Roof tiles, electrical wiring, plumbing, flooring, bathrooms....... which is what I'm doing to my house. Almost coming to the end, and wayyyy over my initial budget.

Should be good fun taking slow steps making over the place.

I believe you even can build small house at the backyard

Guess not around Klang valley and is bungalow...
